The Prime Minister is set to address Muslim leaders from across the globe at a conference in London today.
Mr Blair will repeat his call for continued dialogue with the authentic voices of Islam and stress that the voices of Muslim communities in Britain should be heard and appreciated.
Delegates from more than 30 countries, including Shaykh Ali Gomaa, the Grand Mufti of Egypt, and Mufti Mustafa Ceric, the Grand Mufti of Bosnia, will attending the two-day conference at Lancaster House on the theme of "Islam and Muslims in the world today".
The Prime Minister is also expected to announce funding to be put in place in response to the findings of the Siddiqui Report on Islam at Universities, published today.
